Dixon Lake Resort is located deep in the Chippewa National Forest which lends it's self to all kinds of recreational opportunities. When you look out a cross our secluded Dixon Lake you see the Chippewa as it should be. Dixon and Lake Winnibigoshish are both great fishing lakes summer and winter. There are mile of trails for your back woods adventures, either on your atv, snowmobile or on foot. Just off the resort there is a wilderness area that will be non motorized so you can hunt, hike, or just take a meandering walk with out fear of having vehicles disturbing the serenity of the forest. Back at the resort we have a nice lodge, with beer and set ups bar and restaurant. The cabins are cozy with ac and that up north atmosphere. Kids rule here with activities, two different playgrounds and a shallow swim beach.
