August 11 Fishing Report
Walleyes continue to be caught on a spinner with a crawler or minnow during the day on flats, bars, and shoreline breaks in 12 to 16 feet. During the evening hours or with a decent wind, walleyes also are being caught around the 8- to 12-foot weeds and shorelines on crankbaits or spinner rigs. Crankbaits and spoons are turning pike on the 10- to 12-foot weedlines and bigger perch are being found on the mud in less than 12 feet.
Good Luck and Have Fun!
