Walleye action is going strong with crankbaits or a spinner rig tipped with crawlers or minnows – work the shoreline breaks and weed tops in 5 to 10 feet. A jig and minnow is producing perch on top of the mid-lake humps or 5- to 10-foot weeds. Spoons and crankbaits are turning pike in 8 to 10 feet.
