Look for walleyes to hit live bait during the day on the 20- to 25-foot main-lake structure. A spinner and nightcrawler is working best during the evening hours, or if the wind is blowing, on the bars and humps in 12 to 16 feet. You’ll find some decent-sized perch on the west side from Rich’s Townsite up to Sugar Point in less than 10 feet, while a few bigger perch are being taken on the flats in 14 to 18 feet. Northern pike remain active in the 9- to 12-foot weeds across the lake.
