Ice depths have improved a bit since last week with 12 inches being common where anglers are setting houses. There also has been a bit more activity on portions of the main lake as it becomes more accessible with the improving ice. There hasn’t been a lot of walleye activity yet, but perch and pike remain active along the shoreline breaks and points in 8 to 12 feet.
