February 17 Fishing Report
Strong winds and snow kept resort owners busy plowing roads open last week and when anglers were able to get out, walleye and perch action was slower than it has been. The constant weather changes haven’t helped, but when perch and walleyes are being caught, most are coming off the main lake structure in 18 to 23 feet or the flats in about 13 feet of water. Walleyes are most active early and late each day.
