It’s time to make the trip to northern Minnesota’s Lake Winnie! Here’s the newest ice fishing report: Jumbo perch reports have been best on the west side of the lake in 8 to 10 feet. The first break off Snaghole also is producing perch in 17 to 20 feet. Look for a few walleyes on the north end humps in 20 to 22 feet and the bigger northern pike are being taken in 15 feet. Contact your favorite Lake Winnie resort for specific ice and road conditions.
