Walleye activity is still a bit slow, but there was some better evening action early this week in 12 to 18 feet with crankbaits or a spinner and leech. Work the tops of the bars and key on the wind-driven structure. The few fish being caught during the day have been off the main lake structure in deeper water. Northern pike are biting, but the bigger fish haven’t cranked up and perch reports have been limited.
