Lake Winnibigoshish, MN: Live-bait or spinner rigs tipped with leeches are now turning walleyes on the main lake bars in 16 to 30 feet. Better areas this week have included Big Muskie, Big Bend, Eelpout, Horseshoe, and Snaghole – it just depends on wind direction. The north end weeds also are producing walleyes on crawlers in 14 feet. Perch are scattered with the occasional keeping-size fish caught, while northern pike are mixed with the walleyes.
