Walleye action has slowed a bit, but fish are still being caught with spinners or jigs tipped with minnows on the points and shorelines in 10 to 15 feet, especially if the wind is blowing. Some walleyes are sliding deeper and being caught if calm conditions exist on the 14- to 17-foot or 16- to 25-foot breaks. Perch and pike tend to be mixed in with the walleyes.
Have fun and stay safe!
