May 20 Fishing Report
A jig and shiner minnow is producing walleyes on the flats, points, and shoreline breaks throughout the lake in 9 to 12 feet. If it’s calm, don’t be afraid to work slightly deeper water. There’s a couple strong year classes of walleyes coming up that remain a bit short, so it’s worth mentioning to toss them back. There’s been some nice perch in the mix, with most bigger fish coming out of 10 to 14 feet.
Good Luck and Be Safe!
