The new #LakeWinnie fishing report is in – The lake appears to be totally capped with ice, but it is not safe for any type of travel at this point. Ice depths vary from 3 inches to 6 inches in many areas with thinner ice on other spots, and there is some rough ice out there due to the lake freezing when it was windy. Some spear houses are being set in the Third River area.
