Walleyes continue to be caught along the 8- to 12-foot shoreline breaks and flats with a spinner and crawler or minnow during the day and with crankbaits during the evening hours. If it’s calm, look slightly deeper. Perch continue to be tough to locate, but pike are hitting spoons and crankbaits in 9 to 12 feet.
